Terms of Service

Welcome to AlphaFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlphaFlow website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AlphaFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

AlphaFlow is a visual workspace that lets traders and educators document, version, and share their own trading logic as node-based blueprints. AlphaFlow is an educational and visualization tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, does not generate trading signals, and does not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid tiers renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice; founding members are exempt from price changes on the plan they signed up for.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the blueprints, notes, and other content you create in AlphaFlow ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (for example, to render your blueprints in your browser and back them up). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

6. Marketplace

The Marketplace allows mentors to publish playbooks to other users. Mentors are independent third parties; AlphaFlow does not endorse or verify any playbook and is not responsible for the trading outcomes of anyone who uses one.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that impersonates another person.
• Do not use the Service to provide regulated financial advice, portfolio management, or signals to third parties without appropriate licensing.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing in AlphaFlow — including the node library, templates, blog posts, or marketplace content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclaimer.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFlow and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
